Montgomery Virtual Solutions is an HR and Business Support service, serving businesses across the UK.

Founded in 2018 by Kathryn Wood, MVS works with clients across a number of sectors providing support, advice and guidance on all aspects of HR and people management.  Kathryn's passion is helping build great places to work.  Kathryn works hard to build strong relationships with her clients and really understand their organisational culture, in order to make sure that the HR solutions match the business dynamic.

Kathryn is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).  Prior to setting up MVS, Kathryn held corporate posts in HR, Recruitment, Business Management & Administration, in a career spanning over 20 years.

MVS also work with a team of highly skilled Virtual Assistants who can support a range of additional business support, administration and lifestyle requirements.
